Bought a spider lily bulb from here - very quick shipping, great growing instructions, and super helpful staff! My first bulb did not like the pot I put it in (glass cylinder vase) so the store sent me another bulb free of charge! I pitted this one correctly and it is growing more and more every day! Items were received in good time and excellent condition. Ginger rhizomes are somewhat hard to find for a reasonable price. I am so glad I found this shop. They are great! I will definitely order again ?

BUYER BEWARE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I ordered the Whimiscal Child Head Planter flower Pot thru Etsy, When I placed a soil in it , the planter began to dissolve and melt away, not only inside but at base. Once I contacted Gar-Zen this is part of the response I received . (exact wording)
"If the piece is not handled carefully, chipped and exposed to temperature changes and extreme wet, the glazing will crack and dampness will destroy the piece.
It shows you have no cultural teaching about art or respecting the creative process."
I did not misuse or mishandle piece in any way... I placed a succulent inside minimum watering , no extreme lighting or anything. I was excited to receive it until it began to dissolve.
They went on to say:
"'#4 We sell so many of these every month- we just dont have people bitching about cracked or broken pieces.
Look you misused the piece because you need a "Mother" to guide you on how to appreciate your things and take care of them"
Need I say more these responses were directly from Gar-Zen.
For me I will never order from this company again...
Thankfully Etsy refunded my money
