Bad bad bad. They didn't even get an i-9 form or check out the worker before sending her out. I received the paperwork for their employee 3 days after I put her to work. Then they sent me the bill after they started texting me demanding payment. We do a lot of work in schools and government buildings, not to mention the rest of our customers. Then they didn't pay this person because they hadn't been paid due to their billing never being sent out. So two weeks after I send this person back to the agency I start getting phone calls from their employee stating that GAR was not answering her calls or returning phone calls and she hadn't been paid. Very unprofessional, they will send anyone to you without checking them out. And oh yes it's EXTRA FOR BACKGROUND CHECKS. You're better off at the local HALF WAY HOUSE than relying on these idiots for employees.

These Guys are from India and they are total scam. The are suppose to provide professional trade men skilled electricians, plumbers, Electricians etc. The find homeless people and offer them jobs then try to charge companies for their service. Stay far away from this company. They are located in India with family members in New Jersey and Texas that pretend they are real company. They are a total scam. Two guys they sent to my company to do carpentry had never worked a day in their life as a carpenter. The other who was suppose to do flooring was a drug addict that never worked a day in the construction industry. After calling the company to resolve the issue, they point blank told me they did not care and I need to pay them there fee of they will slander our company on the internet. The owner Brian Clark indicated that once the people he sent turn up we owed them money. This is the most dishonest company I have come across. Do not use this company if you want to avoid being ripped off or having your property destroyed. I definitely recommend you stay away from this company.

They steal from both companies and employees. They do not pay their employees. Very unprofessional. They owners are not even in the states. They are in India. . All reviews that are 5 stars, please pay attention to how they are worded. They are all lies. I worked inside this company with placing people to work and I quit because we had companies and temp staff threatening us that they would do things to us if the Indians didn't pay them. The police have had to even come into the office because of these threats. They also use google emails, fake American names, google #'s and they are very rude. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIARS.

Do not under any circumstances "work" through theses scammers. They will not pay you. It will always be "don't worry about the money." "We will pay you on Friday," then Monday, then Tuesday, "my manager says we will pay you on Wednesday" Then all of a sudden they conveniently forget who you are at the same time claiming you will get a check through email and that "if you have a dispute about your check, you can call back on Friday." I am going to try my hardest to shut these honorless scum bags shut down. FBI has been notified and BBB report will be filed today. Trash! Complete trash!

Update: I was finally paid (several weeks later) but it took an incredible amount of energy and phone calls. No bueno!

I receive calls 3-4 times a day from people at this company using generic American names when obviously that’s lie #1. I’ve talked 3 times with them through text and voice calls and have told them I’m not interested usually because of the pay scale and the fact that the person trying to employ you lies to you about their name. I mean cmon guys, would you work for someone who won’t even tell you who they are? Isn’t it also considered harassment when you state multiple times that you are not interested and they keep persisting?

Gar Technologies is nothing more then a parasite. They only survive by other profitable companies like, Indeed, Craig's list and monster. they harass every one on these site to try a draw business to there sorry excuses for a company. even after being told never to call again they still will call you. with the same cheap sales line we have the best people working for us. this is a flat out lie. good people wouldn't work for a company like this. they are a scam and fraud. not to mention Joke.

I stat looking for a career recently in my city. I don't aspirated to work in a general labored company of any kind. Recently as couple day ago some numbers from New Jersey stat calling, I answer and they offered me a labor job to whom I'm not interested neither asked for. I say no, hang up and in about 30 minutes another one calls from them. I asked himto remove my info from their data base since I'M NOT INTERESTED!!!!! TODAY, I received a text from them again. This is bothering me since I already answer NOT INTERESTED ON WORK WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!

I answered an ad on Craigslist for an electrician, and being experienced electrician looking for some extra work, I started corresponding with them.
For one, it must be run by all foreigners because they all write with very poor English.
They contacted me by text, offered a low, but believable labor rate, but have been hounding me, via text message still, for my full name and address etc and want me to fill out an application, blah blah blah.
I thought something was up when I noticed that when looking at their reviews, ALL the positive, 5 star reviews are written with very poor English. The VERY SAME poor English that I read from each of their texts. Hmmmm...
THEN I saw that any of the REAL reviews talk employees not getting paid, employers being hounded for payment immediately after the invoice is sent and just terrible stuff.
REALLY GLAD I DIDN'T WASTE MY TIME WITH THESE VULTURES!!!
THANKS FOR ALL THE HONEST REVIEWS GUYS AND I'M SORRY YOU HAD TO LEARN THE HARD WAY!!
HOPEFULLY THEY'LL GET SHUT DOWN SOON!!!!
