I spoke with Tom yesterday about starting 3 different projects with them. He was the most polite and knowledgeable person I’ve spoken to in a long time. He told me quickly that 2 of my projects weren’t products he dealt with but gave me 3 companies closest to me (in USA) that he thought could help. The 3rd item he could do but he felt that I would be better served by keeping it with the manufacturer closer to home. He could have easily helped me with that item but instead gave me a recommendation that he would do himself. He had no incentive to give me that information or let me go elsewhere. He felt that was the “best” practice. What a guy!

If you’re thinking about using this company it seems like you should have no doubts they will give you honest and fair quotes. Complete transparency with him. It’s funny how this works in your brain but I’m trying to find a way to give them business now. Who doesn’t want to work with people as unique, honest and competent as these folks?!
