Terrible Customer Service
I recently visited and had the worst customer service experience I've ever encountered. The woman I dealt with was incredibly rude and unhelpful. When I let her know that I was interested in buying a few pieces, she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed. She handled the situation with such disrespect that it left me feeling completely dissatisfied.

Absolutely disgusting hospitality. Owner came out and walked up to my 2.5 year old son and attempted to grab a rock out of his hand that he had been carrying around with him for an hour and said that he had been banging on the structures. However, I was standing near him and never heard any banging any of the structures. When we left, the grounds had a beautiful arch with flowers that we took a picture in front of. The owner came running out asking if we read the sign that he was pointing at that said no photos please. I asked why would he not want people to take pictures and tag this amazing garden. He went in to say that people crowd the entrance. Then he went on to say, “You heard me say no photos, I know you heard me.” I have never encountered such a sour person in a tourist town in my life. I would never buy anything from him.
