I am following up on my husband’s (Samuel Oceguera) review regarding the quartz plaster that started to peel off around the upper tile area a few months after the pool was completed. We requested repairs over a year ago and have made many phone calls to your office in where your secretary tells us we are on the list and we have yet to hear back from anyone. About a year ago you had promised when we complained with the BBB that it would be fixed and no one has reached out to us. The tiles now fell off! When will this be fixed?!!!

I like that this company is woman owned. Every time I messaged, Nicole would respond back. That’s gold to me. She had no problem allowing me to design the pool the way I wanted it to fit into my yard and to fulfill a few goals. Mission accomplished and we’ve been in the pool every day since it has been filled!

We invested over 60K into renovating our Backyard and the Pool being obviously the main Feature. A little under 40 for the Pool, all new 8ft privacy fence, new grass and remodeled patio. We have always hired Professionals to preform the Pool Cleaning Service. We actually even tested out 3 different companies over the 3 years we've had the pool. Just to be sure we would be satisfied. So we take Maintenance extremely serious. Just 3 years later and we have extremely bad Pool Delamination. Chunks of our Pool has completely fallen off. I will tell you the one thing the 3 different pool cleaning companies all had in common, they all said Garden of Eden Pools has a well known reputation amongst Pool Builders. The reason why they are always extremely behind schedule on their Builds and Dates, is because they don't have their own actual crews. They outsource the excavators, plumbing, electric and the Gunite/Plastering Crews. (Horrible Plastering Job that already needs to be redone only after 3 Years. Note to mention: crew had so much cement/plaster left over they decided to pour into a corner of our yard that was still dug up from excavation and then just cover it back up with the excess dirt. Have no idea why they did this. Noticed all of it when our Fence was being put up and they found so much cement in the corner. They had to break off huge pieces with shovels and get rid of it. To this day we cannot grow grass in that area.) So none of these crews actually work for them. So they don't need to operate on their Schedule. Which is why Garden of Eden will constantly be behind every single Date they give you. And if you're lucky enough to get a hold of Nicole, she will blame everyone under the Sun of course while not taking any sort of accountability herself. So in conclusion, what my Family had hoped for to be a Dream come true in getting our very own pool, turned into a nightmare. A 2-3 month process ended up being closer to 9 months. Horrible communication with this company. Expect little to no returned calls, zero facetime with Nicole, the actual owner of the Company if you have any issues. Oh but she is a whiz at responding to emails and bad reviews online. You will get empty promise after empty promise and so much blame shifting. Sure they may be cheaper than other companies. The reason we chose them was the promised completion date which obviously was the Biggest Lie. Best piece of advice I can give you if you do move forward with this company. Save every email or text you receive from them. If possible record conversations. If not, document what Alex or if off chance Nicole does actually speak to you herself and write down the dates and notes they give you. We were so close to actually hiring an Attorney at the 6-7 month mark, because of all the issues we were constantly having with them. But got legal advice early on from a Family Friend Attorney. He said to document and note everything. So if Nicole wants to reply and refute yet another negative review, we have our Receipts. Emails and Texts and notes.

Buyer Beware! From the poor craftsmanship to the complete lack of customer service, I have no idea how this company is still in business. SHORT VERSION: 1. Promised to start in 6 weeks, took 3 1/2 months. 2. Promised to complete in 3-4 months, took 8-9 months. 3. Promised they were professionals, Don’t return calls, emails or messages. Say you’re on the schedule, then don’t show up. 4. Promise quality work, Crumbling and cracked Cool Deck within 1-2 months. 5. After only 3 years, we are going to have to re-plaster the entire pool because it was not done correctly by Garden of Eden the first time.

UPDATE: It is a SHAME! Nicole has weaponized google reviews. I guess in true keyboard warrior fashion she feels like she cannot be confronted or corrected. For the record Garden of Eden serviced our pool for the 1st year! So unless you are willing to agree that your staff is not capable of properly maintaining the balance, you can rule that cause out. Also, the comment about footprints/denial is a blatant lie. This never once was brought to my attention nor denied by us. Perhaps you are confusing us with another dissatisfied customer, of which I am sure there is no short supply. I do notice you didn't even attempt to address the lack of communication or terrible customer service. Also, I'm not sure why you went into such a lengthy explanation of how a pool should be built. Your company scheduled and completed all of the work, we never interfered. If you know how to do it porperly, you should have. Shame on you for your false accusations, furthermore, if you would just put half of the effort into good customer service up front, you wouldn't have to spend so much time coming up with excuses online.

I built my pool with Garden of Eden about 4 years ago, I want to thank Garden of Eden because they have always been so helpful to me. When I need anything done for my pool they are prompt to answer and get things done quick. I am very satisfied with my beautiful pool they made me and so far it has been almost 4 years with no issues with my pool . I definitely recommend this company!

I've spoken with him once or twice this year and we had arranged that the fire bowls were going to be finished months ago. We have been getting the pool maintenance every week free of charge and I greatly appreciate it but I'd rather enjoy the fire bowl feature. I don't like to write bad reviews but its hard not to when you have an incomplete project that just continues to be dragged. I don't image it would take that long considering the gas is already there. Actions speak louder than words. Lets get it finished so we can all move on. 1 star for timeliness 🙁

Garden of Eden built our pool 2 years ago and they did a great job from the planning phase up to the actual building it. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if you are considering getting an underground pool.
I have had them service my pool from day one and they do an outstanding job every week of the year. Alan is very knowledgeable and when he comes by takes his time cleaning the pool and does an excellent job maintaining the pool by checking that everything is working properly and fixing
what needs to be done. Luis is the person that usually comes by and he does a good job cleaning the pool!
I highly recommend Garden of Eden for your pool service!
