Nice hotel. Comfortable bed. Clean/quite room. Everything worked as it should. No issues. No free breakfast here but they do have an on-site restaurant that serves it. The restaurant was in a remodel during our stay so we didn't eat there.

We always book a mobility accessible room. This room was adequate for us, but the bathroom has only one grab bar at the toilet and the toilet is quite a way from the sink. The shower also only had one grab bar. It wasn’t apparent that the shower worked by pulling out the knob.
The room was clean and large, which was nice. The bed was quite comfortable.

I stayed 12/26-12/27 - 913. Uriel was so incredibly helpful when I checked in. I was completely exhausted after a long drive and his friendliness & speediness were very much appreciated! Tiffany helped me the next day and her customer svc was so great. Thank you to the both of them. Great stay - we enjoyed the hot tub and gym much as well as the coffee set up on the main level.

The lobby is always well kept. Renovated gym. Very friendly entrance staff.
For IHG: The cleanliness of the room cannot be a choice of the Customer, if you give me a room where the previous Customer never wanted to clean it how will it be? On the floor you have carpet. Hygiene is the first rule on individual safety. For everything else I recommend it.

The price was alright (I can’t complain) but this time our experience wasn’t the best.
We got a room on 6th floor.
Man let me tell you something… Right next to our room It stank really bad, like a musty smell or something like that, and on the top of that It was really loud that we couldn’t even sleep, there were like some power compressors I don’t know exactly what they were AND ALSO there were some cables on the floor my girlfriend almost fell down cuz her shoe got stuck with one of them
I’ll leave video attached to my review so y’all can see what I’m talking about….
If you know that side of your building is being under some remodeling or sum like that, why would send people to stay right next to it?

Everything was great. Best part of our stay was the service and kindness at the restaurant this morning. The lady who served us was such a kind person. At first I was annoyed because it was a little hot during the renovation of the restaurant but she placed us right in front of the ac and was very cheerful. Made the experience good and now we get to start our trip home in a great mood. Thank you so much for this morning

incredible. Called the hotel six times and used every single option prompt in their robot answering system... every single option rings for a minute then says "sorry that extension is not valid".

You literally cannot get in touch with anybody at the hotel at any time. If they can't even operate a phone system I quiver to imagine how they run this hotel.

Consistently clean, quiet, good place for business travelers and families. I’m recognized as a regular so I feel extra at home but as a new transient traveler they were always professional. This place is always keeping up, always renovating and reinventing itself
